Anthony Mullineaux, Head of Finance for the European Securities Business of Morgan Stanley

He is Head of Finance for the European Securities Business of Morgan Stanley and head of Finance operations in locations Glasgow, Budapest and Mumbai. He is a member of the Finance Management Committee, chaired by Morgan Stanley CFO, John Pruzan. Anthony joined Morgan Stanley in 1993 in London and spent his Finance career across Europe and Asia. He received a B.A. from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom in 1989.

The presentation will cover:

  • Background rules impacting firms operating in the UK with European businesses, the significance of passporting.
  • The classical management challenge: have to make decisions without having the right level of data. The decision time frames, the uncertainty of the outcome and the time it takes to respond
