Are you a talented student of the last year of Technical University or fresh graduate in Hungary? Would you like to know what P&G offers to passionate, technical-savvy women who want to build a successful career?

Date: April 15-16, 2019
Location: Procter & Gamble plants, Csömör – Gyöngyös, Hungary

1st day: 10.00 – 17.00, Csömör
2nd day: 10.00 – 17.00, Gyöngyös

Apply and become one of the selected participants of Future Female Leader - Product Supply, which will be held in two locations already in April. This event will give you a unique opportunity to survive 1 - 1 days in our factories:

We will show you the largest P&G Feminine Care factory (Csömör), such as the most dynamically developing and expanding P&G factory (Gyöngyös) in the world
We will deliver you some trainings on key leadership attributes
You will learn about our mentoring program & corporate culture
You will work in groups to solve a real technical problem
You will meet and talk to our engineers and managers
You will gain the perspective about the work of a Process Engineer at P&G – how creative, demanding and meaningful this role is for business as of Day 1.

Our factories are a great place to work at, where innovation and creativity determine everything we do. In the first years of work, our engineers implement innovative improvements to our systems and processes, engaging technicians and suppliers in their work. Then they start to manage production teams – they build skills and develop technicians, creating a flexible, secure organization of zero losses and meeting business requirements.

Are you wondering what you need to do to take part in the event?

From all applicants we will select participants who based on the following criteria:

Strong CV
Intermediate communication skills in English
Students or recent graduates with strong academic results in one of the following study fields (Bachelor/Master/Diploma/PhD):
o Engineering
o Process Engineering
o Mechanical Engineering
o Electronical Engineering
o Industrial Engineering
o Automation Technology
o Quality Engineering
o Mechatronics
o Informatics
o … or any other engineering study

If you take part in the event, we will provide you with dedicated bus transfer to both sites, meals and a lot of fun - we want it to be an unforgettable adventure for you.
